OnePlus 7T Pro (McLaren Edition) Now Available In India For Rs 58,999

₹ 58,999.00

OnePlus and motoring fans in India can now finally start coughing out the extra cash for the OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition as the phone's finally gone on sale on Amazon.

Just like last year's OnePlus 6T, the device is a limited edition deal, so once they’re gone, they’re gone. If you’ve been waiting for the McLaren Speedtail-inspired phone you might want to go over to OnePlus' own e-store or Amazon and grab yourself a unit.

In terms of additions though, there's not a lot differentiating the McLaren Edition variant to the standard OnePlus 7T Pro. The only major changes are a RAM bump from 8GB to 12GB which isn't something that you'll notice with regular use anyway and a funky makeover with orange accents and a black body with an oil smear-like effect.

OnePlus also offers a few extras here: a carbon-fiber styled box, a Warp Charge 30T charging adapter with a fresh coat of paint, a USB-C cable wrapped in orange fabric and an exclusive Alcantara case.

As you might expect for a special edition device, it’s also a little more expensive. In India, the OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition is priced at INR 58,999 which is an extra INR 5,000 over the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage Haze Blue OnePlus 7T Pro.

Apart from these changes, everything underneath is the same. The 7T Pro McLaren Edition features the same 6.67-inch Fluid AMOLED display panel with a resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. This is still a 90Hz panel with HDR10+ certification and a DCI-P3 color profile. Underneath all this is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC, paired with an Adreno 640 GPU.

The camera upholstery includes a 48MP primary sensor with an f/1.6 aperture, OIS (Optical Image Stabilization), Laser and Phase-detection. There is a 16MP second sensor with an f/2.2 ultra-wide lens and a third 8MP sensor with an f/2.4 aperture with a 78mm telephoto lens to provide 3x lossless zoom with OIS. The front gets a 16MP sensor with an f/2.0 aperture, and 25mm wide lens in a motorized housing.

Like the standard OnePlus 7T Pro, this too features a 4.085mAh battery unit powering the device.
