Samsung Galaxy M31 specifications revealed, Here is more

Samsung Galaxy M31 smartphone, which is reportedly in the works, has allegedly surfaced on benchmarking site Geekbench. The upcoming Galaxy M-series phone will reportedly come with Samsung SM-M315F model number. As per the Geekbench listing, the Samsung Galaxy M31 would rock the same Exynos 9611 SoC that drives the Galaxy M30s smartphone as well. The chipset is clocked at 1.74GHz and comprises eight cores. This is against the previous rumors that claimed the phone will have the Snapdragon 665 SoC under the hood.

Furthermore, Samsung Galaxy M31 will feature 6GB of RAM and run Android 10, as per Geekbench. The handset managed to score 348 and 1,214 points in Geekbench’s single and multi-core tests, respectively. That’s all the benchmarking site revealed; however, going by the previous leaks and rumors, the Samsung Galaxy M31 could sport quad rear cameras.

Apart from the Galaxy M31, Samsung is also believed to be working on new Galaxy M41, Galaxy M21, and Galaxy M11 smartphones as well. Out of these, the Galaxy M41 is expected to be the most-premium offering with Exynos 9630 processor, aided by 6GB RAM and 64MP triple rear cameras. The Galaxy M21, meanwhile, could be driven by Exynos 9609 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM, and dual-rear camera setup with 24-megapixel + 5-megapixel sensors. The details about Galaxy M11 are unknown at the moment, but we can tell it’ll be the most affordable unit in the lot. Samsung is yet to announce the new Galaxy M-series launch date, but we’re hoping it could be early next year.
